How can I make better use of my initiative?

I work in a problem solving and solution finding environment and have been given some feedback that I should use my own initiative.

Public Comments

1. Use your initiative !!
2. Think for yourself, but be open to feedback and input.
3. Try thinking for your self more and not going with the flow.
