How long should I work out for each day to see results in 3 weeks?
I'm trying to lose weight and get a more 'toned' look by three weeks, so I'm planning to work out hard but not overly hard, every day for the next three weeks. (and more) How long should I work out for each day? And if you have any tips on what exercises I should do, please include:) P.S: i am not overweight or fat, I am just not toned. And I have taken up a healthy diet too.

- i would say an 60-90 mins a day, like 5 days a week. you should see pretty good results. you could either go jogging, or power walking, or if you have a gym membership you could use the machines like the ellipitcal. also, lunges and squats are a very good workout for your legs and butt.
- One hour. cardio workouts and light weight lifting.
